Career portal for Make
In 2025, Make needed a new career website to attract high-quality candidates. They wanted a website that feels fun, approachable, modern, but also professional and interactive. Therefore, I decided to use scattered icons (stickers) in line with their existing employer branding along with several interactive and animated elements.
We started with brainstorming the structure and went back and forth on a low-fidelity wireframe with stakeholders. After the layout and structure was agreed upon, I created a simple design system, designed all pages for desktop + mobile and prepared an interactive Figma prototype for the stakeholders to review. Curated screenshots below show how the career portal turned out ↓

Main goal = conversion
The main goal of the website was conversion (of potential candidates). Hence, special attention was paid to the call to action – I made it interactive with somewhat flashy animations to nudge users towards clicking and checking out Make’s open positions.
